This Week I thought I would share my Costco grocery haul because I had to stock up on a few necessities. Most all the food in this Costco haul is Gluten Free & Organic; all great things to have on hand for healthy snacking or making meals! This is the first time I’ve been to Costco this year & I’ve realized I should make this a more frequent habit. All of the items I bought at Costco are cheaper in bulk than what I buy every week at my local grocery store… Anyways, let’s get into what I bought!
Frozen Food

Frozen berries for smoothies, berry muffins or mixed berry crumble.

Frozen salmon for our dinner once a week with salad or a side of rice & asparagus. This salmon is much cheaper than the frozen wild caught I buy at my local grocery store.

Beef for hamburgers, lasagna or taco mac n cheese. Yum!
Condiments & Seasoning

Peanut butter for toast, recipes & Saturday waffles.

Peppercorn refill for our grinder.

Trying Pink Himalayan salt for the first time in place of sea salt.

Also trying avocado oil for the firs time as our cooking oil.

Worcestershire Sauce for cooking meats & diy sauces.
Dry Foods

Almond flour for waffles, pancakes, banana bread, miscellaneous baking.

Pasta noodles for Alfredo, pesto or taco mac n cheese.

Crackers for snacking.
Other

Pesto for pasta.

Chicken Stock for cooking rice, soup, chili, various dinners.

My absolute favorite kombucha for when I’m not making my own.

For smoothies.
Thank you so much for reading my Costco haul today! I hope it’s helped you find some new things to try. What are your Costco must haves? Let me know in the comments below!
Sincerely,
Angel
